The HR Generalist manages recruitment, onboarding, employee records, documentation, and lifecycle transactions. You will partner with Operations Leaders to meet workforce requirements accurately and efficiently. The position also supports compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities: Manage requisitions, postings, screening, interviews, references, offers, and pre-employment requirements
Coordinate onboarding through employees’ first 90 days
Serve as candidates’ primary recruitment contact
Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR systems
Track metrics, analyze trends,



and provide workforce recommendations
Requirements: Two or more years in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or administration
Full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle experience
Solid organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
Experience with HRIS, ATS, Microsoft Office, and HR technologies
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Bring recruitment coordination, HR technology, and employee lifecycle expertise to Sutherland Heavy Civil’s West Kelowna office.
