This Bilingual Claims Analyst supports a growing claims professionals team at a licensed Life and Health Agency. The position reviews, processes, and reports incoming Life and A&H; claims. It also applies client, processing, and business knowledge to identify unusual reporting trends and issues.
Key Responsibilities: Review incoming Life and A&H; claims thoroughly
Process Life and A&H; claims accurately
Report incoming claims and unusual trends
Conduct in-depth reviews using business knowledge
Communicate with internal departments and external clients
Requirements: Bilingual English and French communication preferred
Reinsurance qualification such as FLMI or ALHC
Equivalent reinsurance experience accepted
Willingness to take industry courses
Ability to work with minimal supervision
