Key Responsibilities: Lead research and development of advanced composite materials
Optimize formulations and resin infusion manufacturing processes
Conduct mechanical, thermal, and microscopic material characterization
Investigate failure mechanisms and improve material longevity




Mentor researchers and collaborate across design and manufacturing teams
Requirements: Ph.D. in Materials Science, Polymer Science, or related field
