Apply commercial HVAC troubleshooting and repair expertise as a Service Technician with Symtech, traveling to customer sites throughout the assigned service area.
Reporting to service leadership, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and equipment. The work supports preventative maintenance contracts, service operations, and customer service activities. You will service boilers, rooftop units, chillers, heat pumps, and associated mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance according to contract requirements
Diagnose equipment using multimeters and refrigeration gauges
Complete service reports and required documentation accurately
Follow health, safety, and safe work practices
Requirements: Fully licensed and in valuable standing with UA Local 787
Valid G1 Gas Technician licence or willingness to obtain
Commercial HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of applicable HVAC codes and regulations
Approximately 90% travel to customer sites required
Bring commercial HVAC service, diagnostic, customer communication, and safety skills to Symtech customer sites across the assigned service area.
