As a Registered Nurse, RGN or RMN, you will maintain safe, effective care across each shift. You will assess needs, review care plans, administer medication, and monitor physical and mental health changes. The role also includes shift leadership, team support, accurate documentation, and communication with families and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities: Assess residents’ needs and develop appropriate care plans

Requirements: Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with active NMC PIN
