Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
Develop individualized care plans with healthcare professionals
Train, supervise, and evaluate nursing professionals
Maintain regulatory documentation and records




Coordinate inspections, audits, and corrective actions
Requirements: Bachelor of Nursing Science or equivalent post-diploma education
Current registration in valuable standing with the College of Nurses
At least one year of long-term care nursing experience
Two to three years managing or supervising healthcare staff
