As Senior Manager, Executive Communications, you will advise the CEO and senior leadership team. You will translate business strategy into clear messaging for associates and external audiences. The work spans speeches, presentations, talking points, video scripts, social content, and digital communications.
Key Responsibilities: Advise the CEO and senior leaders on priorities and transformation
Develop executive speeches, presentations, scripts, and digital content
Coach leaders for town halls and high-profile events
Anticipate communications risks and opportunities proactively




Coordinate workflow with executive offices and communications partners
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or related field
Six or more years in executive or corporate communications
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills simplifying complex ideas
Experience supporting and coaching senior executives
Solid project management and collaboration across matrixed organizations
Bring executive communications, business acumen, and storytelling expertise to Walmart Canada’s senior leadership communications team.
