Coordinate live show execution at Rogers Sports & Media in Mississauga, using organization, communication, and rapid problem-solving skills. This is a part-time onsite position.

As Show Execution Coordinator for Today's Shopping Choice, you will oversee production from beginning to end. You will align hosts, guests, vendors, producers, planners, managers, and buying teams. The work supports show strategy, customer experience, and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate show execution across merchandising, planning, production, brand, hosts, and guests
- Prepare show packages and support show strategy with vendors
- Coordinate rundowns, video, graphics, samples, and on-air action plans
- Support staging, guest concierge, greenrooms, and customer inquiries




- Complete reports, handoff notes, and urgent on-call show support

Requirements:
