Manual Machinists at BD Diesel Performance operate manual and CNC equipment while interpreting drawings and maintaining precision part quality. Work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

This manufacturing role requires strong machining experience and careful attention to detail. You will set up equipment, troubleshoot machining issues, inspect components, and support safe, productive shop operations. The position includes manual mills, manual lathes, a TL1 Haas CNC Lathe, and Sunnen honing machines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate manual and CNC machining equipment
- Interpret manufacturing drawings and specifications for production
- Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain consistent part quality
- Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and equipment calibration

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of production machinist experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Formal CNC programming training or equivalent
- SolidWorks and GibbsCAM experience for programming support
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
