DescriptionJoin the Seaboard Team Today!Position Overview:The Sublet Coordinator helps keep our equipment safe and operational by coordinating outsourced repairs, vendor services, purchase orders, and compliance requirements. This fast-paced role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver timely, cost-effective repairs and explicit updates.Location: North York, ONSchedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pmType: Existing positionCore Job Functions:Approve purchase order requests / enter PO'sReview email and deal with daily requests and issuesRespond to breakdowns in ALL divisions through the workdayUpdate Retorque reports (All Divisions)Work with GMs/Ops Managers/Dispatch in respective divisions and drivers to get equipment repaired and on the road as quickly as possible.Manage outside vendor repairs for lowest possible cost / effective repair spending, diverting non crucial repairs to internal shopsCoordinate outside services with vendorsDevelop working relationships with ALL General and Operations Managers of business divisions, as well as Shop Managers,



working occasional from division terminal locations.Talk with all shop managers daily about gear and shop activitiesEnsure Retorques and PNET down issues are being addressed daily for complianceComplete special projects as requested by senior managementProvide accurate daily updates to key stakeholdersEnsure accurate and timely communicationOther duties as requiredJob Requirements:Post-secondary education in a business or engineering fieldMaintenance Background is an assetHighly organized with a desire to drive efficiency and improvementAdvanced computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft ExcelAble to work in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and able to work independently to make decisionsAble to develop good working relationships with multiple departmentsDeadline and detailed orientedStrong communication skills both written and oralBilingual candidates considered an assetPrevious transportation industry experience considered an asset
