This Apartment Cleaner role requires two years of cleaning experience and working knowledge of spoken and written English. Responsibilities span common-area cleaning, vacant-suite touch-ups, garbage pickup, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. The work also includes supporting snow removal, touch-up painting, and other sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean entrances, elevators, offices, halls, and stairwells
- Clean laundry, garbage, amenity, and other common areas
- Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups




- Pick up interior and exterior garbage
- Maintain inventory and equipment accurately

Requirements:

- Two years of cleaning experience required
- Working knowledge of spoken and written English
- Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, and lift eight hours
- Ability to maneuver up to 90 kilograms with proper equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
