This full time, permanent assignment covers a Security and Surveillance Manager position for an organization in Ecuador. The expatriate assignment lasts one and a half to two years. You will manage security operations, risk and crisis management, emergency procedures, and multicultural stakeholder communication across South America.
Key Responsibilities: Direct daily Security Department operations
Develop plant security and surveillance plans
Manage site access, movement, and secured areas
Coordinate escorts for employees, visitors, and sensitive resources
Maintain law enforcement and stakeholder collaboration
Requirements: University degree in administration, security management, or industrial engineering
At least eight years in security, military, or law enforcement
Experience in risk and crisis management
Bilingual Spanish and French or Spanish and English
Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
