As Data Architect and Team Lead, you will combine hands-on architecture expertise with people and delivery leadership. You will build reliable data pipelines, guide technical delivery, and collaborate with clients, technical stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Your work will support secure, high-quality data solutions for ambitious businesses and brands.
Key Responsibilities: Design and manage scalable data architectures and robust pipelines
Implement Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake solutions
Lead, mentor, and support data engineering team members
Guide sprint planning, estimation, delivery,



and code reviews
Ensure data security, governance, reliability, and quality
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
Six-plus years in data architecture or engineering
Two-plus years leading or mentoring technical teams
Programming proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala
Experience with cloud services, Spark, Kafka, and pipelines
Bring architecture, technical leadership, and data engineering expertise to Konrad’s Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake initiatives.
