Key Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize crushing, grinding, flotation, and leaching circuits
Develop process improvements using data analysis and modelling
Review plant performance and recommend improvement solutions
Lead feasibility studies and process design for facilities
Troubleshoot processing challenges for site-based operations teams
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
ECSA registration as Skilled Engineer or Technologist
Minimum 10 years’ mineral processing experience
