This individual contributor role owns large, multi-location roofing opportunities from discovery through signed contracts. You will sell websites, SEO, and paid media to groups operating across several markets. Sales development and inbound teams provide qualified meetings, while you focus on owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders. Deals typically run three to twelve months.
Key Responsibilities: Own discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closes for large deals
Sell agency services to multi-location roofing groups
Manage stakeholder discussions with owners and regional operators




Expand signed accounts across locations and services
Build significant proposals with strategists and leadership
Requirements: Record of closing $1M+ annually on large accounts
Experience with multi-location or enterprise account selling
Background selling roofing, marketing, or agency services
Experience managing long consultative sales cycles
Preference for closing business over managing people
