As Technical and Market Development Director, Electrical, you will shape growth and technical excellence within the Mechanical & Electrical department. This leadership role combines market development, project execution, team mentorship, and collaboration across defense and mission critical markets. You will support project portfolios while guiding engineers and designers.
Key Responsibilities: Develop key markets for Mechanical & Electrical disciplines
Engage clients and participate in Key Account Management meetings
Coordinate proposals and support strategic market planning




Provide technical oversight for electrical project delivery
Mentor, recruit, and develop engineers and designers
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 15 years designing electrical building systems
Registered Skilled Engineer with PEO
CAPM or PMP designation
Leadership experience managing complex multidisciplinary projects
