Key Responsibilities: Lead operational, financial, and strategic portfolio performance
Manage budgeting, forecasting, maintenance, compliance, and risk
Serve ownership groups, asset managers, and stakeholders
Advance client retention, occupancy, and asset value




Identify and pursue management opportunities across Atlantic Canada
Requirements: Minimum 10 years of progressive industrial or commercial real estate experience
Senior-level industrial property management leadership experience
Solid lease administration, capital planning, and asset performance knowledge
Excellent financial, operational, leadership, communication, and presentation skills
University degree; CPM, RPA, or similar designation advantageous
