This Family Practitioner position is based in a brand-new clinic serving the rapidly growing downtown Langley area. Providers access two exam rooms and work with a highly productive medical office assistant team. The clinic includes allied health professionals, leadership support, communications, and information technology assistance. The practice uses Juno/Oscar EMR, an AI scribe application, and Stellar Voice for urgent same-day medical office assistant follow-up. Compensation is structured as LFP with an estimated remuneration of $300K–$400K and an 80/20 billing split.
Key Responsibilities:



Provide family medicine services within the downtown Langley clinic
Cross-cover providers during absences or vacations as needed
Use Juno/Oscar EMR for clinical documentation and billing
Coordinate same-day follow-up through Stellar Voice when urgent
Requirements: Family Practitioner qualification
Ability to practice within an LFP compensation model
Comfort using electronic medical records
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary clinic professionals
Bring family medicine expertise to a supported Langley practice with Juno/Oscar, allied health access, and collaborative coverage.
