Key Responsibilities: Develop complex resident care plans with interdisciplinary teams

Guide nursing and personal care staff
Requirements: Current provincial College of Nurses registration as an RN
Compassionate approach to resident care
Qualified conduct in nursing practice
Respectful approach with residents and colleagues
Effective English reading, writing, and communication skills
