Key Responsibilities: Support annual budgets, forecasts, monthly reporting, and variance analysis
Evaluate department-level financial and statistical performance monthly
Develop business cases with program stakeholders
Analyze financial and clinical information for decision-making




Develop annual planning submissions for Ministry approval processes
Requirements: University degree in accounting, economics, business, or health administration
Minimum five years of related healthcare experience
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and modern business intelligence tools
Robust quantitative, qualitative, communication, and interpersonal skills
CPA or master’s designation preferred
