Key Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and supervisors.

Manage labour scheduling, productivity, and staffing levels to meet business demands.

Drive sales growth through strong execution of operational standards and local marketing initiatives.

Monitor and achieve key performance metrics including sales, food costs, labour costs, and profitability.

Maintain health, safety, food quality, and sanitation standards.

Oversee inventory management, ordering, waste reduction, and cost controls.





Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications 3+ years of restaurant management or multi-department leadership experience.

Strong experience managing high-volume customer service environments.

Proven success leading, coaching, and motivating teams.

Demonstrated ability to manage financial metrics, labour costs, and operational budgets.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and performance reporting.

Food Safe certification preferred.
