As Program Coordinator, you will lead recruitment, intake, eligibility review, and onboarding for a 16-week program. You will assess business concepts, coordinate government approvals, and maintain accurate participant records. The work supports unemployed and underemployed Albertans across Airdrie, Strathmore, and Okotoks through in-person and virtual delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Lead outreach, information sessions, referrals, and local recruitment partnerships
Conduct intake interviews and assess business concepts and readiness
Review eligibility documents and coordinate government approvals
Organize onboarding, orientations, communications,



and technology access
Track applications, attendance, milestones, outcomes, and confidential records
Requirements: Experience coordinating entrepreneurship, employment, business, or community programs
Practical knowledge of entrepreneurship and small business development
Experience conducting intake interviews and assessing eligibility
Solid organization, outreach, communication, and relationship-building skills
Confidence using digital systems for records, tracking, and reporting
Bring business knowledge, thoughtful assessment, and organized coordination to help aspiring entrepreneurs enter sustainable self-employment.
