The Product Owner – Personal Deposits manages design, development, and marketing strategy within Products and Pricing. You will apply product lifecycle practices, customer segmentation, profitability analysis, and vendor relationship management. The position reports to the Director of Product and supports the Pricing and Loyalty Team.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain personal deposit product roadmaps
Optimize product pricing, profitability, competitiveness, and member adoption
Lead targeted member experiences across digital and assisted channels
Monitor channel usage, performance, and share of wallet




Provide content for the Service Fee Committee
Requirements: Seven years’ experience in financial services, product management, or analytics
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience with segmentation, profitability analysis, and vendor relationships
Solid analytical, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
Bring product strategy, pricing, analytics, and stakeholder leadership to Servus Credit Union’s personal deposits portfolio remotely.
