The Manager of Finance and Operations supports the Director of Finance and Operations across Financial Services and Maintenance. This permanent, full time position leads accounting, financial reporting, maintenance programs, contracts, and staff supervision. The role operates Monday through Friday and may involve multiple Mount Carmel Clinic locations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities
Oversee maintenance programs and related contracts
Supervise Finance and Maintenance staff
Plan and complete maintenance and renovation projects




Support Financial Services and Maintenance management
Requirements: Post-secondary accounting education
At least five years’ related accounting and operations leadership experience
Intermediate to advanced computerized accounting and information systems proficiency
Microsoft Excel and building maintenance software proficiency
Knowledge of Manitoba maintenance safety and health standards
Apply financial leadership, operational planning, and detailed accounting expertise while supporting Mount Carmel Clinic’s services and staff.
