Lead dispatch operations at Roofmart by coordinating delivery teams, optimizing routes, and improving fleet efficiency across construction-material distribution.
As Dispatch Supervisor, you will manage dispatchers and help ensure customer products arrive on time. The work centers on GPS software, automated scheduling, delivery communication, coaching, and resource efficiency. Roofmart distributes roofing, siding, metal, and building-envelope products through more than 50 Canadian locations.
Key Responsibilities: Manage dispatch teams to support on-time customer deliveries
Maximize fleet efficiency across delivery operations
Optimize GPS software and automated delivery scheduling
Communicate delivery details with drivers and customers




Coach dispatchers on efficient resource use
Requirements: College diploma, bachelor’s degree, or dispatch leadership experience
At least two years of successful dispatch leadership experience
Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in Canada
Robust time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel; construction fleet experience preferred
Bring dispatch leadership, route optimization, and communication skills to Roofmart’s delivery operations and customer service.
