Shape integrated communications for Omnicom Media Canada through exceptional writing and storytelling, supporting internal and external audiences in a hybrid work model.
As Communications Manager, you will work with the Senior Director, Communications across OM Canada and its agencies. You will bring business, people and culture to life through internal communications, employer-brand content, digital channels and public relations. Your work will support employee engagement and awareness of OM’s capabilities and culture.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute internal and external communications strategies
Lead editorial calendars, newsletters, announcements and leadership communications
Partner with People and Human Resources on employer-brand communications
Create content for social media, websites,



intranet and internal platforms
Support external communications, public relations and employee events
Requirements: Seven to ten years’ corporate communications or related experience
Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills
Experience executing internal and external communications programs
Robust social media, digital communications and content development understanding
Bachelor’s degree preferred; English and French bilingualism is an asset
Use corporate communications, storytelling and digital content expertise to strengthen OM Canada’s employee engagement and employer brand.
