Lead Fengate Asset Management’s responsible investment strategy using ESG integration, sustainability analysis, and stakeholder engagement from Miami or Toronto.
This experienced leadership position reports to Fengate’s Executive Leadership Team. You will guide responsible investment across infrastructure, private equity, and real estate. The work spans governance, investor reporting, carbon accounting, decarbonization, and stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Fengate’s responsible investment strategy
Integrate sustainability risks and opportunities across investment processes
Lead ESG data collection and reporting quality assurance
Prepare disclosures for investors, regulators, and fundraising
Advise leaders,



investment teams, and portfolio companies
Requirements: Five or more years in responsible investment, ESG, or sustainability
Understanding of infrastructure assets and building systems
Knowledge of private markets reporting frameworks
Ability to influence teams and senior stakeholders
Relevant degree; CPA, CFA, LEED AP, or similar credentials valued
Apply responsible investment, ESG reporting, carbon accounting, and sustainability expertise across Fengate’s North American investment platform.
