As AI Deployment Manager for the regulatory agent, you will manage pilots, rollouts, renewals, and long-term adoption. You will advise executives, train users, review usage data, and help customers achieve measurable results. The work spans regulatory, engineering, finance, and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities: Own regulatory account relationships from onboarding through renewal
Define pilot use cases and customer success criteria
Train users on prompts, setup, and daily workflows
Support rate case filings and team-wide rollouts onsite
Build playbooks, prompt libraries,



and self-serve resources
Requirements: Experience in account management, customer success, or implementation
Strong communication, strategic planning, and customer empathy
Willingness to travel for client engagements
Familiarity with utility regulation or eagerness to learn
Data analytics instincts and fluency with up-to-date AI tools
