PC Forge seeks a Customer Success and Commercial Coordinator supporting its growing commercial team. You will connect customers with Sales, Production, Quality, Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, Engineering, and Operations. The position supports quotations, customer requests, delivery communication, quality concerns, and commercial records.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as primary contact for orders, deliveries, and quality concerns
Coordinate RFQs, required information, quotation logs, and follow-up
Track delivery performance, order status, and recovery plans
Maintain CRM, SmartSheet, Sugar AI, and customer records
Support customer visits,



account reviews, and business development initiatives
Requirements: Three to five years’ relevant manufacturing experience
Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
Organizational, prioritization, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
Microsoft Office, Excel, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP experience
ERP, CRM, SmartSheet, or Sugar AI experience preferred
Support customer responsiveness and commercial operations through organized communication, quotation coordination, and manufacturing-focused service at PC Forge.
