E Source seeks a Senior Transmission Planning and Interconnection Study Engineer for its grid solutions team. You will support studies involving power flow, voltage stability, transient stability, short circuit analysis, and network modeling. The work supports reliability, renewable integration, and grid modernization for utility clients.
Key Responsibilities: Perform power system analysis and network modeling for client specifications
Conduct generator connection, stability, arc flash, and station design studies
Prepare detailed technical reports and technical work products




Collaborate globally to execute studies and deliver solutions
Manage client expectations and on time, within budget delivery
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
At least six years of power systems analysis experience
Experience using PSS/E, TSAT, or PSLF
Experience with ISO stability, congestion, or cluster studies
Knowledge of generators, motors, inverters, wind, and solar
Apply transmission planning, interconnection studies, and power system modeling expertise to E Source utility projects remotely.
