Key Responsibilities: Support advisors while maintaining strong client relationships
Prepare presentation documents for client meetings

Process investments and resolve transaction discrepancies with fund companies
File client documentation and maintain office compliance standards
Requirements: Three to five years of industry experience
Completed mutual funds license through IFC, CSI, or CIFC
