As Ledcor’s internal Coupa subject matter specialist, you will support Procurement, Finance, IS, and business stakeholders. The role covers Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Contract processes, integrations, master data, analytics, and platform sustainability. You will translate business needs into governed system solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Configure and optimize Coupa across core procurement modules
Monitor platform health, adoption, and performance metrics
Analyze integration issues and drive permanent fixes
Lead implementations, testing, rollouts, and hypercare support




Maintain documentation and guide a Systems Process Analyst
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Six-plus years of eProcurement system experience
Hands-on Coupa sustainment or implementation experience preferred
ERP integration and enterprise setting experience
Strong Excel, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
