Key Responsibilities: Design and implement manufacturing processes for customer products
Develop software and tooling for complex machines
Execute machine capability studies using statistical methods
Solve technical product and process manufacturing problems




Provide supervised manufacturability feedback to product designers
Requirements: Two to three years of direct SMT process engineering experience
Bachelor degree or equivalent education and experience
Canadian citizenship or permanent residence for Controlled Goods compliance
Successful security screening under Controlled Goods Regulations
