This one-year assignment requires seven to ten years of supply chain, supplier onboarding, banking validation, or master data experience. You will support supplier onboarding and banking validation in a large-scale oil and gas setting. The work spans Oracle Cloud, SAP, Oracle EBS, SharePoint, and ServiceNow, with emphasis on master data governance and fraud prevention.
Key Responsibilities: Triage supplier banking modification requests through SharePoint
Validate banking details directly with suppliers by phone
Update ServiceNow with approvals and rejections
Perform banking data audits across ERP systems
Report open, rejected, and approved request volumes
Requirements: Seven to ten years in relevant supply chain or data roles
Advanced Excel and Power BI reporting skills
Oracle Cloud, SAP, and Oracle EBS validation experience
Master data governance and fraud prevention experience
Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related discipline
Apply advanced reporting, ERP validation, and supplier banking expertise to support accurate Calgary hybrid supply chain operations.
