Reporting to the Senior Director – Operations, the Director – Airport Maintenance plans, manages, and ensures compliance across airport maintenance operations. Responsibilities span runway management, services, safety, facilities, infrastructure, and wildlife programs. The role also guides staff, budgets, purchasing, and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate airport safety, runway management, services, and maintenance activities
Ensure operations comply with applicable regulations and standards
Oversee Wildlife Management Program updates and implementation
Ensure facilities remain operational, secure, and properly maintained




Manage critical spare parts inventory and maintenance planning
Requirements: University degree in airport management, business, engineering, architecture, or related field
Significant airport operations management experience in a comparable position
In-depth aviation regulations and airport safety standards knowledge
Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and strategic planning skills
Valid Class 4A driver's licence or ability to obtain one
Direct airport maintenance through operational leadership, regulatory compliance, safety management, and infrastructure planning at MET – Montreal Metropolitan Airport.
