This counsel position focuses on commercial and technology transactions supporting Absorb’s global AI-driven learning platform. You will draft and negotiate software licenses, order forms, statements of work, service level agreements, and professional services agreements. The work also covers privacy, information security, intellectual property, and data usage.
Key Responsibilities: Negotiate software and professional services agreements
Advise on liability, warranties, privacy, and termination rights
Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Security
Manage concurrent negotiations and material legal risks




Improve templates, playbooks, fallback positions, and processes
Requirements: Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree
Active admission to practice law in one jurisdiction
Minimum five years’ commercial and technology experience
Hands-on B2B SaaS and enterprise software negotiation experience
Solid drafting, negotiation, and commercial judgment skills
