This senior-level specialist supports Business Development by evaluating treatment facilities, infrastructure, equipment, and operating conditions. The work includes SCADA, regulatory requirements, staffing, maintenance, and operational risk. You will translate findings into practical strategies, cost inputs, and recommendations for proposals.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct technical assessments of treatment facilities and related infrastructure
Evaluate processes, equipment, instrumentation, controls, and SCADA systems
Review operational records, permits, drawings, and maintenance documentation
Develop staffing, maintenance, transition, and equipment requirements




Support operating cost estimates and procurement submissions
Requirements: Senior-level water and wastewater treatment operations experience
Valid Ontario operator certification; Class 2 or higher preferred
Professional Engineer licence or eligibility through Skilled Engineers Ontario
Experience interpreting PFDs, P&IDs;, technical drawings, and asset information
Valid Ontario driver's licence and extensive travel availability
