This full-time Retail Operations Manager oversees fresh departments, center store, front-end operations, inventory control, staffing, and financial performance. The position requires senior grocery management experience, food safety knowledge, budgeting skills, and grocery POS or retail software experience. You will guide department managers and more than 100 employees while supporting operational excellence and customer service.
