Optimize eCommerce last mile operations in Markham with KPI reporting, 3PL coordination, and fulfillment performance analysis. This permanent full time position follows a hybrid work model.
Pet Valu seeks an eCommerce Last Mile Specialist reporting to the Senior Manager, Final Mile. The position supports third-party logistics performance, service level agreements, cost management, and delivery quality. You will analyze metrics, troubleshoot fulfillment issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor 3PL performance against key performance indicators and SLAs
Troubleshoot mis-ships, short ships, damages, and quality issues
Coordinate operational issues with stakeholders and 3PL providers
Analyze network costs,



budget variances, and freight expenses
Maintain standard operating procedures and process maps
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
Minimum two years in supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment
Experience building KPI tools and performance reporting preferred
Experience with WMS and managing 3PL service providers preferred
Experience with network modelling preferred
Bring eCommerce fulfillment, data analysis, and 3PL management expertise to Pet Valu's last mile network in Markham.
