The Supervisor, Auto Insurance I is a member-focused Brand Champion who supervises, motivates, coaches, and develops retail staff. The position oversees daily workflow, follows established procedures, processes auto and personal lines policies, and handles residential insurance contracts. Client service includes identifying needs, recommending coverage, collecting payments, promoting products, and assisting with claims. The role also supports training, compliance, and branch goals.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise, schedule, and evaluate branch frontline staff
Assist with internal training for current staff




Process auto and personal lines insurance policies
Recommend coverage, premiums, and suitable insurance products
Resolve complex client problems and complaints
Requirements: Work toward a Level 3 Brokers Insurance License
Complete MPI and Special Risk Extension training courses
Understand MPI Commercial vehicle coverages
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication
Use EPIC with proficient computer skills
Bring insurance supervision, client advice, policy knowledge, and accurate decision-making to Brio Insurance’s Manitoba operations.
