Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations, safety, compliance, and service quality
Train, schedule, coach, and develop team members
Manage inventory, invoices, cash reports, and budgets
Provide front counter service and resolve emerging issues
Support hiring, seasonal planning, and performance management
Requirements: Minimum two years managerial or supervisory experience preferred
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid driver's license
