As Regional Manager, you will oversee branches in Regina, Saskatoon, and Winnipeg. This leadership role drives regional sales performance, strengthens operational execution, and develops high-performing teams. You will combine strategic oversight with hands-on leadership across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities: Achieve regional sales, margin, and profitability objectives
Coach Branch Managers, counter staff, and sales representatives
Oversee inventory, fulfillment, warehouse, and delivery performance
Manage regional P&L;, forecasting, budgets, and cost controls
Lead compliance,



customer experience, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements: Post-secondary degree, diploma, or technical designation
Five-plus years’ management experience in wholesale or distribution
HVACR industry management experience is an asset
Experience managing multiple branches
Valid driver’s license and driver’s abstract
