Insight Global seeks an experienced Senior Business Project Manager for a major regulatory transformation initiative supporting a leading Financial Institution. You will partner with Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and senior business stakeholders. The work translates regulatory requirements into business deliverables while maintaining documentation and traceability.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate business readiness and execution across multiple banking lines
Evaluate regulatory impacts and define actionable business requirements
Manage remediation projects from planning through implementation
Establish governance, scope, timelines, risks,
and dependencies
Prepare executive-level updates on overall project health
Requirements: 8+ years of business project management in banking
Experience managing regulatory, risk, compliance, or transformation projects
Understanding of banking processes, controls, governance, and requirements
Experience translating regulations into implementation plans
Executive communication, organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
