Lead national retail accounts for Export Packers in Brampton, Ontario, using sales strategy and customer relationship management in a hybrid office setting.
As National Key Accounts Manager, you will grow major Canadian retail customers and deliver revenue, profitability, distribution, and market share objectives. You will develop account strategies, manage customer partnerships, and coordinate with internal cross functional teams. The position requires direct sales responsibility for national accounts and regular collaboration with the Director, Key Accounts.
Key Responsibilities: Represent Export Packers as primary contact for national retail customers
Drive sales growth, profitability, distribution, and market share
Develop customer business plans supporting strategic and financial objectives
Lead negotiations covering pricing, promotions,



agreements, and product launches
Manage forecasts and communicate performance, opportunities, and recommendations
Requirements: Post secondary education in business, commerce, marketing, or related field
5+ years of Canadian food industry sales experience
National retail account management and relationship building experience
Understanding of category reviews and promotional planning
Robust communication, business acumen, and analytical skills
Bring national retail sales leadership, negotiation expertise, and strategic account management to Export Packers’ Canadian food business.
