Key Responsibilities: Coordinate staff assignments and patient flow
Provide frontline nursing care as required
Promote quality patient care across operations
Implement operational priorities within the unit
Advocate for nursing staff and patient families
Requirements: Complete an accredited nursing education program
Hold active or eligible CRNA registration and practice permit
Maintain current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Bring two years of Continuing Care experience
Provide a satisfactory criminal record check
Use advanced clinical judgment and nursing leadership to support patients, families, staff, and interprofessional teams in Oyen.
