As Team Lead, you will guide Remote Operations Centre Controllers across daily renewable generation operations. The position requires at least five years in a similar operational role and experience in a 24/7 control room or renewable operations environment. You will apply knowledge of power generation, grid operations, NERC standards, ISO rules, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead controllers through protected, reliable renewable asset operations
Escalate complex and abnormal operational events
Coordinate responses to alarms, outages, and grid instructions
Manage high-risk,

Improve control room procedures, tools, and practices
Requirements: Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in a related field
At least five years in a similar operational role
Knowledge of renewable technologies and transmission systems
SCADA, alarm management, and performance monitoring expertise
Understanding of NERC standards and ISO market rules
