We're partnering with a leading community builder to identify a People & Culture Lead who can take ownership of a broad, hands-on HR function.
We're particularly interested in HR professionals who have worked in lean, operational environments and have personally managed a broad range of responsibilities across:
Employee relations and performance management
Manager coaching
Recruitment and onboarding
HR policies and processes
Employee development and engagement
Day-to-day HR operations
The strongest backgrounds will include experience as a sole or senior HR resource , supporting both office and field/site/frontline employees , with ownership of employee relations and manager coaching.We're also looking for someone who has personally built or materially improved HR programs , such as onboarding, performance management,



manager training, policies, recruitment processes or engagement initiatives.
Experience in construction, manufacturing, distribution, industrial services or another operational environment would be particularly relevant.
Stand-alone or lean HR experience
Proven HR program/process-building experience
Strong manager coaching and employee relations experience
University degree
Progressive HR career history
Reporting directly to the President, this is an prospect to take meaningful ownership of the people function and help shape the next stage of the organization's growth.
