Use product judgment and technical depth as Purelend’s Forward Deployed Product Manager in Calgary, working in office with lenders across Canada.
You’ll own lender implementations from workflow discovery through delivery and adoption. The role combines product management, customer-facing execution, implementation planning, and collaboration with engineering. You’ll help improve Purelend’s mortgage lending platform by turning recurring implementation gaps into reusable capabilities. You’ll also use AI tools in your own work, check their output, and explain their impact.
Key Responsibilities: Learn lender workflows, credit policies, and underwriting processes
Define scope, acceptance criteria, measurement, and build plans
Coordinate implementation milestones, dependencies, and lender validation
Configure production systems where appropriate
Demo capabilities, support adoption, and assess delivered value
Requirements: Experience owning customer problems through discovery, delivery, and adoption
Autonomy in undefined customer implementation environments
Comfort with GitHub, tickets, configuration files, or API specifications
Ability to build trust with senior customers
AI-first approach using tools responsibly in your work
