As Project Manager, you will lead programs and large capital projects for institutional clients. You will manage project lifecycles, represent client interests, coordinate consultants, and address contractual or technical issues. Your work supports client goals across the built workplace.
Key Responsibilities: Develop client relationships and serve as the project contact
Lead programs and large capital building projects
Manage clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders
Chair meetings and coordinate issue resolution
Report project schedules, finances, and status updates
Requirements: University degree or diploma in engineering or architecture
Five or more years managing infrastructure projects
Knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and financial management
Experience with municipal planning and tender awards
Engineering designation required; PMP considered an asset
