Calgary procurement coordinator needed for inventory replenishment, supplier management, and purchasing across a full time wholesale distribution environment.
The Fastener Group supports fasteners, tools, and industrial supplies across Western Canada. This Procurement Coordinator supports multiple branches and a Distribution Center. The role focuses on purchasing, demand planning, inventory performance, supplier coordination, and customer fulfillment. It reports to the Supply Chain Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Purchase products for multiple branches and Distribution Center operations
Monitor inventory, demand trends, and supplier lead times
Create and manage purchase orders within ERP systems
Coordinate supplier pricing, quantities, schedules, and lead times




Resolve delivery, shortage, invoice, and quality issues
Requirements: Minimum five years purchasing or inventory management experience
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management
Experience with replenishment and demand planning
Strong analytical skills and Microsoft Excel proficiency
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
